Located in San Marcos California, this proposal consists of a multi-phase design approach starting with a outdoor social space and beer garden. The second phase is a 4 story student housing apartment building. Each unit consists of one 40 foot 320 sq.ft. retrofitted shipping container. The fasttrack construction approach and modular design will provide a cost efficient solution for the development.
