CAL 672 is a spacious ADU with a dimension of 32’ x 21’ and designed with a loft approximately 332 sq.ft. in area. This makes its usable floor area up to 1000 sq.ft. This design has two bedrooms, equally divided in area. These bedrooms can fit a California King sized (72” x 84”) beds and both with built-in cabinets. There is also a toilet with shower, comparatively bigger than most of the ADUs in California Modulars.
