CAL 400 Premium is an ADU that has a dimension of 40’ x 10’. This ADU design is elongated in floor plan and allows for a linear access from the main entrance on one side and to the bedroom on the other end. As with most of the California Modular ADUs, the design maximizes natural lighting with dual pane folding doors and clerestory windows in the main entrance, and an array of full glass windows in the bedroom area.
