CAL 2 is a studio-type ADU with a dimension of 24�" x 12�" and a gross area of 288 sq.ft. The design for CAL 2 aims to maximize natural lighting inside the studio by having standard glass windows on all four sides of the ADU. The interior comprises an open space for a queen-sized (60⬝ x 80⬝) bed or living area, a built-in wall cabinet, a kitchen with a spacious countertop and hanging cupboard, a space for counter dining for two, a wash/dry area, and a bath.
